Opera pub with Eva and the guys

An opera pub is set to take place during the Music Festival Days in Grong

If you’ve never thought opera was for you, then perhaps this evening is the opportunity to disprove just that. This is an evening for both those of you who are curious about what opera is, and those of you who are well acquainted with the operatic repertoire. In collaboration with Opera Trøndelag, Musikkfestdagan invites you to an Opera Pub at Kuben. Here, you’ll have the chance to experience an informal evening with delightful opera snippets, powerful musical numbers, and a top atmosphere with a relaxed vibe!

With two baritones and a tenor accompanied by Eva Holm Foosnæs on grand piano, we promise a full of jest concert experience. It will be a varied programme that can make you feel everything from love, via anger and tears, to laughter.

EVA & GUTTA MOVES through classic opera gems, but also through crowd-pleasers and schmaltz (although it has also been said that some people only come to hear the jokes between arias). Eva has taken on the task of arranging three-part harmony for the lads, so no one will be sad in the third.

Operapub has become a very popular concert format, so you'd best secure your tickets in advance! Loosen your collar – you'll need a bit of breathing room when the opera tunes kick in! You don't need a suit or ballgown, just come as you are! Grab a drink, relax, and enjoy the classics!
