Local food and drink will be served by Skatval Catering and Stolt Bryggeri.

- Scallops from Frøya, wild garlic emulsion, champagne marinated apples and onion rum (egg, mustard, sulphite, shellfish)
- Crispy Skatvold ribs in homemade potato loaf with potatoes from Håvard Hammer (wheat, milk)
- Basil sorbet
- Slow-roasted Limousin sirloin from Steinvik with seasonal vegetables from Drægseth (milk)
- Glazed blackcurrant mousse with crystallised pistachio and baked white chocolate (milk, pistachio)
- Drinks package with/without alcohol from Skatval Catering/Stolt bryggeri (please select with/without alcohol when choosing ticket category).
