Join us at the Opening Blast in Kimenparken
Join the crowds when the World Ski Championships get underway in Stjørdal. The business association in the Værnes region is the driving force and we have joined in the fun when the World Cup kicks off in front of the mighty Kimen culture centre.
PROGRAMME
17-18.00 Torchlight parade from Paviljongparken to Kimenparken - free of charge
(Stjørdals-Blink Ski will be selling food and drinks in the park from 16.30)
Feel free to bring a torch and the flag of your country on the train!
18-19.00 Opening event in Kimenparken - free of charge
On stage, we will experience a production that will make you smile, feel different emotions and sing with the voice you have. We'll see the Vinga dance from Stjørdal Culture School, hear beautiful choral singing, experience Tommy Tito, golden tones from soloists from Opera Trøndelag and Opera Trøndelag's Opera School and sing-alongs. We will also hear the choirs Stjørdal Mannskor and Dameavdelingen conducted by Elina Karpinska as well as the choirs Stjørdal Vokal and RAUS conducted by Synnøve Hammer. This will be a great experience you should not miss!
